Primary Function / Position Summary:
The Associate Creative Director will lead and manage the Creative team. The incumbent will collaborate with the Copywriter, Art Director and Designer to provide our clients with quality Creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and manage the Creative team;
Develop and create artwork for clients as a practicing Copy Director/Art Director/Designer;
Proactively deliver business-building creative solutions for Clients;
Insure brand and design consistency across client initiatives;
Present concept/design treatments, storyboards and completed work to internal and external clients.
Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor of Communication, Advertising or Literature;
Five to eight years Agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Direct Marketing;
A digital ‘native’ with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels;
Experience with Brand websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and mobile marketing and other digital channels;
Strong people skills–able to lead and motivate creative personnel;
Strong presentation skills–ability to persuade, inform and take criticism from clients, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view.
Must be able to inform and drive synergy across communication platforms, be able to successfully translate ideas into other media (web, direct mail, showroom, print, TV and promotions).
岗位职责：
根据客户需求组织内部创意、文案、设计将策略转化为创意概念和方案；
品牌及广告作品的创意前瞻发想、创意指导、创意作品落地及质量把控；
创意组日常工作安排，带领、引导和激发创意人员；
负责创意组和其他部门的协调工作,协助客户部门完成客户维护，提升客户满意度。
任职资格：
大学本科以上学历, 传播、广告或文学等相关专业毕业优先；
Copy base，5-8年广告公司创意经验，2年以上互动创意经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
善于创新, 思维活跃, 沟通力强，有良好的提案能力，具备整合广告战略能力及创造力；
有较强的组织协调能力；善于激励和带领团队成员；长于团队合作, 能适应较大工作压力；
良好的英文书写及口语能力。
Responsibilities:
Create concept for Web-based products, optimizing the use of screen design and user interface;
Visually integrate and enhance the architecture, UI and navigation outlined by information designer, within specs from team;
Coordinate team with other groups , directing how final art is visually implemented;
Coach and develop visual designers.
Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor of Communication, Advertising or Literature;
3 years Agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Direct Marketing; 2 years team management experience;
Proven track record of managing multiple Creative assignments;
Knowledge of Mac, Quark, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver, Front Page Director, JavaScript, Flash.

把控数字创意品质，指导项目日常创意工作，跟进具体创意执行工作，持续提高公司创意工作品质；
管理团队成员，保持团队的良好合作氛围，维护团队合作与凝聚力。
职位要求：
大学本科以上学历, 传播、广告或文学等相关专业毕业优先；
Copy Base，相关工作3年以上，有服务于4A公司FMCG的客户经验者优先；
2年以上管理创意团队的经验，有协作精神，能够在团队中起到核心带头作用；
了解数字创意工作、数字技术和多种交互语言的使用，例如social game等；
具有一定项目策略思路，创意方向及方案质量的把握能力及指导功底；
具备良好的沟通能力、流程控制能力和项目管理能力；
良好的英文书写及口语能力。
工作职责：
协助部门负责人管理创意部日常相关创意工作的开展；
准确把握客户意图，及时提供符合客户要求的创意设计思路，组织下属进行具体创意表现的执行；
负责项目中美术设计及美术效果的指导，充分调动最大创意能力及最佳创意效率，将创意从概念通过视觉表现发展成为具体的设计；
参与大型提案会议；
控制相关创意工作的出品质量，保证产品美术创作符合客户的诉求点。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，美术或相关院校毕业，良好的美术功底及创意能力；
具备较强的责任心和创作热情，热爱网络广告创作，有互动行业美指经验、熟悉网络环境、网络活动创意机制、技术及工具者优先；
两年及以上广告公司美指工作经验；
精通Photoshop＆ Illustrator＆Flash操作；
良好的理解能力、沟通能力，具备一定的团队管理能力。
资历稍弱者可应聘资深互动设计师一职。
工作职责：
负责项目视觉创意设计，把握整体设计风格；
准确理解客户或上属的创意进行视觉创作；
协助部门负责人管理创意部日常相关创意工作的开展；
消化客户的反馈意见，提出不同视觉表现形式进行设计。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，美术或相关院校毕业, 具有良好的美术功底;
具备责任心和创作热情，热爱网络广告创作,对色彩、构成，排版有敏锐的独到的见解；
两年及以上互动设计经验；
熟练Photoshop＆ Illustrator操作，有手工绘图技能者优先；
积极进取、较强的学习能力和敬业精神；
具有良好的沟通能力, 富有团队合作精神；
资历稍弱者可应聘互动设计师一职。
